Wallabi Point Industrial Units Project

The Wallabi Point Industrial Units Project comprised of several industrial highbay units each with their own amenities, a shared external amenities facility and heavy-duty concrete driveway and hardstand areas.

The buildings construction consisted of slab on ground, tilt up concrete wall panels and structural steel roof framing.

The project commenced in November 2024 and was completed early July 2025.
