The Highfields Circuit Medical Centre included a base building and suites for 6 health specialists.
Works on site were to a high medical standard with the façade and base building to an eye pleasing contemporary style with a focus on low ongoing maintenance requirements and life-cycle costing.

Riverside Gardens Independent Living Units was a hybrid D&C with all structural and civil design services being part of the Contract Works.
The project included the diversion of existing council owned stormwater and sewer infrastructure and the construction of 16 new 1, 2 & 3 bedroom independent living units plus associated lift, stairwells, driveways, garages and break-out spaces.
