Community Projects

Here at CPG, we understand the importance of being an active partner in the community and giving something back.

We have been involved with numerous community groups over many years as a construction partner to deliver their projects.

The delivery of these projects improves community facilities and provides the kids and community of the future a stronger platform.

Feature Project - Westport Park Inclusive Playground

Location: Port Macquarie

Project Value: $160k

Contract Type: Construct Only

Westport Park Inclusive Playground (better known as Livi’s Place) was the construction of a new playground designed specifically to encourage the inclusion of children and families with disabilities.

Works included new paving, tree house, water play features, soft fall, playground equipment, seating facilities and the likes.

This was a highly creative and collaborative project.

Feature Project - Wauchope Bonny Hills Surf Life Saving Club

Location: Bonny Hills

Project Value: $3.5M

Contract Type: Construct Only

The construction of the Wauchope Bonny Hills Surf Life Saving Club provided the community of Bonny Hills with an amazing new facility.

It included new boat stores, training, first aid and club rooms as well as amenities and a kiosk to the ground floor as well as a managers residence, function space and restaurant to the upper floor.

This project was a NSW State Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Award Winner with a challenging design built to an exceptional level of quality.
